Technical Features

  1. Equipped with a reflected/transmitted upright metallurgical microscope, suitable for microscopic observation of both opaque and transparent objects.
  2. Features a micrometer scale for convenient and efficient pixel size calibration.
  3. Click on any particle image to instantly display its morphological parameters.
  4. Software supports particle segmentation, allowing users to easily separate connected carbon black particles or agglomerates.
  5. Software supports the deletion of selected carbon black particles.
  6. Configurable magnification settings (70x or 100x) allow for flexible testing of different materials.
  7. Adopts a USB 2.0 interface for enhanced PC compatibility. The instrument is separate from the computer and can be connected to any PC with a USB port.
  8. Supports the export of single particle images.
  9. Compatible with various operating systems, including Windows XP, 7, 8, and 10.
